   Agreement

   These Terms of Use govern SmartKiosk (the app on venue devices and related services) and your use of this marketing site. By using a kiosk or this site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not start a session. Venue operators who install the app also agree to these terms on behalf of their deployment.

2. 02

   What the product does

   SmartKiosk is an information assistant. It can look up configured venue data (for example flights, wayfinding, and amenities) and speak a reply. It does not sell tickets, take payments, print bag tags, or give legal, medical, or immigration advice. Always follow official signage and staff instructions. This website describes the product; it is not itself a live kiosk.

   Acceptable use

   Use the kiosk only for its intended help. Do not attempt to probe, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, impersonate staff, or record other visitors without their consent. The venue may end sessions, unpair a device, or restrict access. We may refuse or remove abusive site use.

4. 04

   Voice and accuracy

   Answers are generated with the help of a third-party voice model and the venue’s data. Information can be incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for checking critical details (gates, times, documents, appointments) with official sources.

5. 05

   Privacy

   Our Privacy Policy explains microphone, camera, and device data. Please read it. Do not dictate passwords, payment card numbers, or identity document numbers into a kiosk.

6. 06

   Availability

   The service and this site are provided “as is”. Networks, microphones, hosting, and voice providers can fail. We and the venue are not liable for missed flights, delays, or other losses arising from kiosk or site use, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
