Plans for the software, not the hardware

The cards above are the AI kiosk price. Four plans, three add-ons, and the rate is per kiosk pricing, per month. You are paying for the voice app: visitors ask, and the screen shows flights, maps, directories, and wait times. You are not paying for a tablet, a lockdown shell, or a tool that draws maps.

Which plan fits

Free Sandbox. Try one kiosk. Bring your own key for voice and your own Mapbox key for maps. The plan includes one hundred trial voice minutes, once. Every vertical and answer type is available, plus the admin panel, device pairing, content, lead capture, and idle-screen ads. The screen shows a Powered by SmartKiosk badge. Support is community.

Platform. For integrators, small sites, and developers who already have an AI account. Kiosks are unlimited. You bring your own OpenAI key for OpenAI Realtime, and Mapbox stays your key. The provider bills you directly. You look after key validity, spend limits, and that provider's rate limits. Live flight data is an add-on. White-label removes the badge. Support is email, within two business days.

Managed. For a venue that wants voice included. Kiosks are unlimited. Six hundred voice minutes per kiosk per month are included, pooled across the account. Maps are included, on fair use. Live flight data stays an add-on. White-label is the same add-on as on Platform. Support is email, within one business day.

Enterprise. For airports, campuses, and other fleets of twenty or more kiosks, at the annual price on the card. Monthly billing is custom. Voice can be included, or you can bring a key. Maps, live flight data, and white-label are included. Support is a named contact.

A daily voice cap and a maximum session length sit on every kiosk, so one busy device cannot run away with the account. Ordinary use does not reach them.

Add-ons

These three are the only add-ons on the rate card.

Talk to a Human puts a live operator on the same screen when a visitor asks for assistance or in an emergency, on sites that turn it on. Operators are scoped to their own organisation. A powerful concierge escalation layer that keeps your visitors supported at every moment.

Live flight data sync is the feed behind flight and gate answers. It is priced per airport. Included on Enterprise. Optional on the other plans. Bringing your own flight-data API? Contact us to discuss custom integration options.

White-label replaces the SmartKiosk badge with your persona name, logo, and domain. Fleet-wide update from admin. Included on Enterprise. Optional on Platform and Managed.

Deployment & hardware options

Software-only (BYOD). SmartKiosk runs on iPads, Android tablets, and smart displays the venue already owns. Pair a device in minutes using a short code from the admin console.

Turnkey kiosk kits. Need a complete solution? We supply ready-configured custom enclosures — freestanding totems, wall mounts, and countertop units — with industrial-grade microphones, powered hubs, and network adapters. Priced at cost plus 15%.

Peripheral integration. SmartKiosk connects to external devices as required by the deployment: thermal and badge printers, cameras, biometric scanners, and EMV/NFC payment terminals. Every integration is scoped and configured to your workflow.

Device lockdown. Pinning the app to the screen is a separate operating-system lock. The iPad and Android setup guide walks through Guided Access, Single App Mode, and Android lock task mode.

How the bill is counted

A kiosk is a paired device that sent a heartbeat during the billing month. Unpaired devices, and devices offline for the whole month, are not billed.

A minute is time while a voice session is open. The attract screen, a map, an answer, and an ad do not spend minutes. The session ends after 30 seconds of silence.

Your key, on Platform and Sandbox. OpenAI and Mapbox bill you. We store the key encrypted, and the tablet never holds it. The admin panel shows whether the key is healthy.

Annual and monthly. The annual price on each card is the lower rate, locked for the term. The monthly line is higher. A change to monthly pricing comes with 60 days of notice.

How you pay. Cards worldwide. UPI and net banking in India. An invoice or a purchase order for fifty or more kiosks, or for an annual contract. The cards exclude GST, VAT, and other tax.

If a payment fails. Kiosks keep working for a 14-day grace period. After that, they show an inactive-subscription screen and voice turns off. Data is kept for 90 days, and you can export it. Monthly plans stop at the end of the billing cycle when you cancel. Annual plans can be refunded within 14 days of the first payment.

Same app, different buildings

The questions change. The plan does not. Airport kiosks answer flights, gates, and the walk. Campus kiosks answer buildings, rooms, and events.
