# SmartKiosk > SmartKiosk is voice kiosk software from Yohita Technologies in Pune, India. A visitor asks out loud. The screen shows a flight, a map, a directory entry, or a wait time. It runs on custom-configured enclosures or on tablets and smart displays a venue already owns. Peripheral devices — badge and thermal printers, cameras, biometric scanners, and EMV/NFC payment terminals — are supported and configured per deployment. Airline check-in and departure control are outside its scope. Canonical site: https://smartkiosk.ai/ Built by [Yohita Technologies](https://yohita.com), Pune, India. The screen shows a flight, a gate, an indoor map, a directory entry, or a wait time. It runs on tablets and smart displays the venue already owns. Setups cover airports, corporate campuses, college campuses, malls, hotels, expos, real estate, and general business. Speech covers 50+ languages and does not start with a language menu. Speech runs on OpenAI Realtime. Demo recordings on the site show English, Hindi, and Marathi. **How fast is an airport kiosk?** Airport data is already connected. Pair a tablet, pick an airport the feed covers, and a working airport kiosk is ready in a few minutes, with live flights and gates. Smaller airports that are thin in that feed, and local shops, services, and notices, still need a manual update in admin. **What hardware does it need?** SmartKiosk deploys on iPads, Android tablets, or custom-configured kiosk enclosures (freestanding totems, wall mounts, countertop units). Peripheral devices — thermal and badge printers, cameras, biometric scanners, and EMV/NFC/UPI payment terminals — are connected and configured per deployment. A USB or far-field microphone is recommended for loud public environments. **What it does not do.** It does not run airline departure control or passenger check-in as a core workflow (though peripheral printers and custom flows can be configured). It does not draw indoor maps as a GIS tool. It requires a network connection for live voice and data answers. **How much does it cost?** USD per kiosk per month. The annual rate is the lower one. Prices exclude GST, VAT, and other tax. Free Sandbox is $0 for one kiosk, with your own keys and 100 trial voice minutes, once. Platform is $12 billed annually or $15 billed monthly, unlimited kiosks, you bring the OpenAI key and the Mapbox key. Managed is $59 billed annually or $69 billed monthly, unlimited kiosks, 600 voice minutes per kiosk per month pooled across the account. Enterprise is from $150 billed annually for 20 or more kiosks. Monthly Enterprise billing is custom. Add-ons: Talk to a Human $10 per kiosk per month, live flight data sync $39 per airport per month, white-label $199 per month per account. A kiosk is a paired device that sent a heartbeat during the billing month. A voice minute is time while a voice session is open. Idle screens, maps, widgets, and ads do not use minutes. A session ends after 30 seconds of silence. **Who uses it today?** SmartKiosk is deployed in prebuilt airport demos with live flight data and indoor maps, and was showcased at PTE Asia Expo in Singapore. It is actively available for pilot programmes across airports, corporate campuses, and campus facilities. **Privacy.** Live audio is processed for the length of the session and is not kept afterward. The venue can keep a transcript, one compressed still, token usage, and an optional rating. None of that is labeled with a visitor's name. Devices do not hold long-lived provider keys. Operators see only their own organization's kiosks. This file does not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA. **Open source.** Repo access is available on request for evaluation. Source goes public after a security assessment. The org is https://github.com/yohita **Install.** Android is on Google Play (`com.yohita.kiosk`). iOS is a public TestFlight beta. An App Store listing is not live. ## Product - [SmartKiosk](https://smartkiosk.ai/): Home.
